Formation and liquidation of companies

We offer you the formation, administration and, if necessary, liquidation of companies in Austria.
In addition, we enable founders of enterprises, project corporations or holding companies to set them up at our office location in Vienna or, in the case of existing enterprises, to relocate the headquarters here.
This approach saves our clients the high costs associated with setting up and maintaining their own office in Austria.

For both new and existing companies, we take care of recurring compliance filings, prepare corporate documents, manage routine corporate changes and retrieve corporate documents from official registers.

Project management

As a family office, we accompany the diverse entrepreneurial interests and activities of our clients. Upon request, we can act as a project manager and assume overall responsibility for a specific project - always in close cooperation with all stakeholders and external service providers.
A typical example of such a project would be the establishment of a subsidiary and the legal and commercial integration into existing structures.

Account opening

The opening of business accounts is often a complex procedure due to numerous requirements with regard to money laundering, tax transparency and beneficial owners.
We advise and support our customers in such processes, e.g. with the compilation, translation or certification of the required documents as well as with filling out the account opening documents.
We are also happy to share our experience with further, regular inquiries from the bank after opening an account, e.g. about current business documents, updates of master data, transactions, etc.

Compliance

The requirements for banks regarding the various compliance disciplines (prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, financial sanctions and embargoes, WpHG compliance, information security, data protection, whistleblowing and governance) have become more extensive and complex in recent years.
In order to fulfill their statutory due diligence obligations, banks are obliged, among other things, to check certain transactions. The focus is particularly on the CIS background. When answering compliance inquiries, strict deadlines must also be observed.
We support you with requests for information and with the preparation of documents, e.g. on the origin of funds, proof of income, purpose and type of business relationships, and also give you tips on how to take preventive action in advance.
